Christophe de Becdelièvre – Founding Partner
Prior to founding Alcorel in January 2024, Christophe was a Managing Director at Barclays, in charge of Financial Sponsors coverage for France and BeLux. He developed significantly the business with private equity firms and family offices since he took the role early 2018, advising on landmark M&A transactions, as well as originating LBO acquisition debt transactions
Christophe was previously focused on originating and executing M&A assignments for all type of clients, including corporates and financial sponsors, at Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and at Rothschild & Co
He advised on transactions spanning across various sectors during his career, and established a strong network of expert partners
Christophe’s teaching experience include lecturer at HEC Paris, for the Corporate Finance course in the Grande Ecole program

Ferdinand is a video games expert, and joined Alcorel as Senior Advisor in 2024
He is an active stakeholder in the sector, acting as strategic and financial advisor to gaming companies, while also investing as seed investor in early-stage gaming start-ups. He is a true member of the gaming community, seen as a trustworthy partner by founders
Ferdinand previously worked at large gaming corporates Stillfront (Sweden) and Gameloft (France), as M&A director, where he shaped their business development strategy, analysed numerous targets worldwide, and led several investments including in the US and Latin America
He was an investment banker earlier in his career when co-founding M&A boutique Eurvad, and started as Equity Derivatives structurer and sales at JP Morgan
He graduated from ESSEC Paris
